If I was having this issue, I would try to capture it with no compression. "uncompressed" is an option in my version of the program. I might also experiment with the other codecs listed.

I just did this with a flash movie and I used the techsmith codec. You might try re-downloading the codec from the techsmith website. You might not have the most current version.
