Preview Skip

Hi

I'm having troubles viewing videos from the timeline on the Preview window, it seems to skip and not play right, but when i use another Sony program such as Cinescore i have not problem it plays prefectly.
I have 1GB of RAM and 2048 of Virtual Memory. i honestly cant see the problem.Also when i render it or Shift+B it it plays fine.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?
