Hi,

I usually keep all files needed for a project in one folder on the disk. Sounds, videos, grafx everything, and the veg file too. Copying this folder worked me so far.

Another option is that you save your project with the media files.
"File/Save as" then check "copy and trim media with project"
navigate to a folder (practically on the external drive you use for transfer) and save the project there. If asked, choose "copy source media", so all the required media files will be copied and you will be able to continue editing.
