DVDA Help Needed Pleaese

Gurus -
I am going nuts over here. I know this can be done in DVDA and I have seen a post on how to do it a long time ago but I can't find it. What I need is to have introduction media (copyright stuff) that cannot be fast-forwarded through when one first inserts the DVD. Right now I have introduction media on the timeline right after the .dar file but I cannot figure out how to force the viewer to watch these wonderful "You will die" warnings :-). Please help - I need to get this off to a client tomorrow.
While I am at it, I noticed (for the first time) that I can create a master DVD with copyright protection. Have any of you used this and how does it affect the ability to make copies of the DVD at a duplication house? My client plans to have 500 copies made and wants to protect them but I did not think it would be possible for the duplication house to make copies if that was the case.
Any thoughts on the above would be awesome.
