Karaoke in Vegas 7?

I know many Cambodian users used the Vegas 5 to make karaoke but I don't know if Vegas 7 can do it.

Does anyone know how to make the text hi-lite sync with the word in a song in Vegas7.

Please don't recommend any other software beside Vegas. Thanks
