Vegas 640 iPod videos wont synch at resolutions other than 480.

I encoded several videos using Vegas 7c. I changed the bitrate a bit (that sounds redundant) from the default, but I did it on all of them. The one that's encoded at 640x480 synchs to my iPod just fine. But the others at 640x352 & 640x368 won't synch. This is disapointing. Especially since a certain free software, which I'm doing beta testing on for it's next version, can convert video to both these resolutions, and the results synch. I'm affraid Sony's going to have to do another update before this preset is a valid option for podcasters and those who just want to offer things for synching to iPod.
