Hi, Brian.
The lines usually occur where movement happens on the screen and these lines go through the entire moving object/person and are very noticable around the moving object's edges...I have read up on a few forums and am pretty sure that this is from the interlacing of the video but not exactly sure how to correct it. I have tried a few different combinations of settings but still no avail...
