Glad it is working for you (apart from that odd "glitch"). I've used NR pretty extensively - and never encountered a glitch like you describe. However it sounds rather similar to the old "flash-frame" problem where occasionally you may find a frame from somewhere else in the project appears in the rendered avi file (for no apparent reason). Do a search on the Sony forum for "Flash Frame" and you may find some stuff that will help.

If you render without NR does that glitch happen?
