23.98 & 59.94 timecode calculations

23.98 & 59.94 timecode calculations

Hello,
We are the developper of iTC Calc, a timecode utility for iPhone.

We currently support 24, 25, 29.97 DF, 30 DF, 50 & 60 Fps. We want to add 23.98 & 59.94 Fps but since we are an european-based company, we are not familiar with these frame rates. Researching on googles and other sources didn't get us any clue about the logarithm to calculate these frame rate.

Can someone point us in the right direction?
