Scilla Systems has an MPEG-4/AAC media player capable of RTSP/RTP against DSS and Helix stream servers. It is capable of decoding and rendering 30 fps in full screen for CIF sized video. H.264 support still requires some development.

The media player is currently in a beta testing phase. It will be submitted to the appstore once beta and conformance testing is completed.
