Give iTunes a try I think you will like it, it makes keeping your music organized so much easier. You can bring in your mp3's from any source, like allmusic.com. Besides making playlists in iTunes makes the music experience so much better.

As for the html thing someone may come out with some thing, but as far as needing it offline, on the iphone remember there is no such thing as off line, you are always connected with ether 3G or Edge. So as far as I see it there is really no need for an offline thing to view web pages.

There are no "technical solutions" to your "artistic problems".
Don't let technology get in the way of your creativity!
