POSITION: Freelance Graphic Designer DATE POSTED: Sept 15, 2008

Description of Duties: Design animated and still News graphics for ABC7 News. Provide support to Promotion, Web and Sales Department as needed. Candidates will have experience with After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. Viz RT, 3D and Final Cut Pro experience is a plus. Candidates will be a team player and work well under pressure and deadlines. This position calls for working flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and nights.

This position reports to the Creative Services Manager.




Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in graphic design or related field. Candidates must be comfortable on both Macs and PCs. Candidates must have two or more years experience in news broadcast design.
