Request for Proposal

Agricultural manufacturing company is looking for proposals to script, film, edit and produce four video products edited from the same b-roll.

Existing resources: Current corporate video, 2003 b-roll in digi-beta

Please bid each deliverable separately:
1. Updated Corporate Video - no longer than 10 minutes
Script assistance
Producer/director services
New audio/voice over
About 3- 5 minutes of updated footage including interviews and manufacturing (the remaining will come from existing b-roll)
Updated graphics

2. Added 25th Anniversary Tag onto the Updated Corporate Video – no longer than 1 minute introduction to add to the corporate video to use in 2009

3. Corporate Recruiting Video – no longer than 10 minutes
Script writing
Producer/Director services
Audio
Probably 5 different interviews than for the corporate video. All other footage will be pulled from the existing b-roll and additional manufacturing for corporate
Graphics
Includes interviews of employees in both CA and TX

4. Edited, approved b-roll of headquarters for media use

Proposed production timeline:
All Complete by November 1, 2008, sooner if possible

Please indicate the type of equipment you will use.

Please reference any corporate recruiting videos or corporate sales videos.
