QC Fulfillment Tech

Seeking a QC/Fulfillment Tech.

The QC/Fulfillment Technician will assist the Quality Control Department to ensure that all programs created conform to the requirements set forth in the client specification worksheet and meet or exceed our internal quality standards with zero defects. This position also assists in duplication, printing and shipping DVDs to customers. In addition, the QC Technician will handle media and shipping inventory, helping to maintain the FedEx shipping database and handle company shipping and receiving needs.

Essential Functions:

Ensuring that each program meets or exceeds company and industry Quality Control standards.
Ability to detect, document and troubleshoot defects found within our product.
Communicating with Producers the status of each program’s Quality Control results and
immediately informing the appropriate department if product fails QC and needs improvement.
Fulfill duplication requests accurately and on-time
Supply programs to internal customers upon request.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Requires an eye for detail, the ability to create finished products using computer and audio visual equipment
High level multi-tasking and organizational abilities
High School Diploma or equivalent; or more than six months related experience and/or training in related work; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Outlook/Word)
