After Effects intro animation needed

need an intro making that i can then use within Premier.
The intro will be very much like this example:





...at 3:05 minutes into the film when the leaves start falling and then lasts for about 1:30 minutes while titles appear and photos appear in the background.
I want to be able to have this as a layer so that i can add my own photos behind and titles on top. The whole thing will last for about 2 minutes.

This will need completing before April 29th...so two weeks roughly.

Anyone interested please get in touch with timescales and quotes.
