Ok understood. Since I have a regular demading full time day job that is not related to cartooning, any new cartoons I need to charge for. Since you have no budget, I am sorry but I will not be able to help.

I guess I was hoping that out of the over 300 cartoons that I have in my hidden archive, some just might be related to the topics you need.

Provide a list of topics here and let's see if myself and/ or others can contribute cartoons that meet that criteria. Since those cartoons are already compelted it will be no cost to you.
