4 second clip needed

I would like to contract someone to create the following scene in any 3d program and provide me with final video. Length of final clip should be four seconds:
Chairs around dining room table with olive shoots sitting in each chair. (WIll explain reason for shot upon request!) Camera should circle around the room providing an interesting angle. All items in scene should be as life like as possible. WIll accept best offer and best skills.
