No pay? Cut of the profits? You have posted in the wrong forum. This is not the low/no pay forum. This post sounds more like a craigslist pitch. My feeling is that your "other favorite" editor is tired of getting used. Please post links to your other successful shows/programs to lend credibility to this otherwise shaky offer. Frankly, I don't know of many successful shows on network or cable edited on Adobe Premiere.
