Two suggestions to start with:

You can use File > Collect Files to see the list of the effects used in the comp and any referenced nested comps. Change the Source to Selected Comps (choose the comp in the AE window before starting this) and check the Generate Report Only box. Click save and you'll get a text file with all the effects listed. Unfortunately it covers the entire comp and not just the work area.

Have a look at our Nucleo Pro Frequently Asked Questions (http://www.gridironsoftware.com/pg/Nucleo_FAQ) to see if any of your effects are listed.
