Yes, I guess I will have to work them instead of getting a magic wand. I keep forgetting that encoding is an art.

I had just learned of episode, I have been using Sorensen on my own projects but have a client who wants to purchase an encoding software. I was thinking it was about time to for me to educate myself as to the options available since I had looked into encoding software!
