No Sounds In Version 3.0.2

I'm sorry, I know this subjects has been posted tousands of times .. but, in the version 3.0.2 That I bought ... How do we get the sounds ?... All my videos are audio less .. And It drives me crazy .. and if there's no solution, How do I update 3.0.2 to 3.0.4 ? Do I have to buy the 3.0.4 version too ? I hope not
