Hi, thanks for the update!

I have downloaded the 30 day trial and found P3 software to be excellent interms of me getting up and running and creating what I need (a fast learning curve indeed.)

The issue I bumped into is that I am shooting Pal HDV, then transcoding in Avid to DNX. I then create an AVI movie out of Avid bringing it into P3 to create an effect, then I apply the magic of P3, then record a movie out of P3, bring it back into Avid (where I think it gets transcoded to DNX again)...by the end of all of this, it doesn't look the best. I can see what I think are interlace lines within the effects that I create, which is odd as I send avi files out of Avid non-iterlaced file (about 10 seconds)

As I'm new to P3, I suspect that there is a better way to reach my goal of Avid to P3 then back to to Avid (all within an HDV screensize)

So please indicate if the new additions in 3.02 are going to allow for a workflow that has as it's end goal a better looking scene then what I have been able to create todate.

I love P3, I just need a touch of help in understanding how I can make it all work in my HDV environment.

My ears are wide open so please (anyone) help me along in my understanding. If what I am requesting is possible now - then GREAT - if so, then please indicate what should be my preferred workflow.

Thanks in advance for helping me out (I love this software!!)

Cheers
Stephen
