I don't fully understand your issue, I'm assuming the HDOne is not mounting properly after your computer boots?

Never the less you should update your HDOne through RAID Sheild. These are the current versions that you should be at (as of 8/7/08) you can check http://www.caldigit.com/support.asp for the latest versions.

Boot Code 1.6
EFI 1.8.4

Once you update those, see if that fixes your issue. If not let me know and we can see what we can do, but give me a little more detail as I'm not exactly sure of the exact problem that you are having. Thanks.
