Thanks for the tip Jared - re-flashing the system code seems to have fixed the ROM image check error. It's still beeping but I guess that's because it's initializing the drives?

It's initializing a RAID 5 array using my 2nd, 3rd and 4th drives. I had wanted to include my primary drive as well, giving a 4 drive RAID 5 array. Is it possible to merge the existing data from my boot drive or would I need to boot from an external drive, then create a 4 drive array and then restore my system?

Is there a manual for RAID Shield I can download? I couldn't find it on the site.
