[Bob Zelin] "plug in your ethernet cables to your FCP stations"

Does this solution require both ethernet ports on the FCP stations to work, or can one be for the SAN and the other for the facility network?

[Bob Zelin] "You get a MAC Pro that will be dedicated as the central computer for this project,"

Do you have to have a dedicated machine? I spoke with Tiger folks the other day about doing something similar with CD and they said that I could use one of my two FCP stations to run as the "server."

I am looking at trying this as an inexpensive solution at a very small university. Thanks for the ideas.

K
