I have the same issue. Just upgraded my MacBook Pro Dual 2.4Ghz from OSX 10.4.11 to 10.5.2.
Installed the latest S2VR Manager software and driver for my FASTA-1ex card.
Caldigit S2VR mounts fine and works well but I get the error message saying "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer."
It's asking me to Initialize, Ignore or Eject.
I think it's the little brain partition of the S2VR that this message must be referring to so I don't really want to choose the wrong option here!!!
