HELP! files disappearing in S2VR HD 1.6 TB

Help, at some point today files have started disappearing on my S2VR HD 1.6 TB. i am missing about 400 GB of data that shows that it is taking up space but cannot be found.

Have a call placed to tech support already but hopingPC for some help here too.

PCIe connection to a MacPro with 9 GB RAM 10.4.10 OS

any suggestions would be appreachated

p.s. disk utility can't do anything with it either
