Julie,

We cannot duplicate the problem you are experiencing here in our lab, so we are sending a temporary storage device for you (as promised yesterday) to install your OS and FASTA driver on.
You then send the storage back here for further investigation.

We'll keep you posted as soon as we have more information available.
