S2VR HD appears to have failed!
by Craig Meadows on Jul 30, 2007 at 2:29:21 pm

We have a S2VR HD connected to a G5 quad, has been working great since we purchased about 7 months ago.

Today however, the S2VR starts but all the drive lights are blank..no blue lights, doesn't mount on the desktop,S2VR Manager doesn't see it. Only one white light at the bottom left is on.

Checked cables, connections, seated the FASTA-4e...nothing works. Originally set it up in protected mode but sure seems unlikely that all of the drives failed which would of course make rebuilding impossible.

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.
