Thanks. Just trying to keep the render farm simple. With the 'Watch Folder' I have no issues with licensing etc, and it works. To be honest, most of what I read about third party render farms for After Effects is not the glowing. When they work, it is generally for window systems. With the 'Watch Folder' I have to keep a look out for fonts, but since all the plug-ins and server mounts are always the same, things usually work.
