It tried to get what you need and reached to a certain point.
Try to use these settings :

1. Apply "Enable per character 3D" to your text.
2. Then add "Position" animation Attribute.
3. Now use these setting:

At frame=0

Start=0
End=100
Amount=-10%
Shape=Round
Position=0,-2800,0

At frame=10

Position=0,780,0

At frame=20

Start=100

4. Make a rectangular mask above the letters so that they will appear one by one to the screen.

You can manipulate some settings for the desired result.

I can''t figure out the exact settings as the text in the video remains for less than 1 sec.
