Tim BoknechtScripting challenge?
by on Jul 16, 2012 at 9:07:21 pm

I'd like to set up a script that will take a 1080 clip, split the clip into a grid of 15 384x384 squares, and use them to automatically populate 15 cube face precomps - a la the "Beginning" in the following example:

Example

A couple notes: I realize that 384*3=1152 and that I only have 1080 to work with. Not sure if/how that affects the desired effect. I also realize that in the example I've given, the "beginning" placeholder is not the result of slicing an original 1920x1080 image into 384 squares. I simply created a placeholder.
