Ah haa! Alright... I did stretch out the keyframes on the null to cover the entire length of my 10 second composition. I guess that screwed it up.

It seems to work as expected now.

Is the %2 regarding the 2 seconds of Key frame time?

Thanks... you saved me a lot of client change time.
