Sorry to be late.
As Floh says there is a certain kind of effects (blur, de-noise) that must be applied in a field basis otherwise you end up with progressive looking footage.

I applied the Film Look effect. This includes some Blur. If you do not apply this technique the Blur makes the two fields of each frame to look the same. You end up with interlaced stuff but looking progressive.
