Color Change my fields order.

Hi everybody,
I've been searching in the forum but I can not find out what I've done wrong.
I'm sending to Color EX-1 converted to ProRess, Upper first.
I applied two instances of the Nattress De-interlacer (Oneset to Odd, one set to Even), and recombine them with the Interlacer.
After rendering i send the clips to Motion wher for my surprise I see that now are Lower First.
The only moment I think can be something wrong is when connecting the two effect branches to the Interlacer. Would be any difference if a change the noodles to each other input?
