Saving Buggs not fixed

I thought that with the Leopard 10.5.4 Update the strange processes happening when using SAVE would disappear.
No. By mistake I've clicked SAVE and the "zip" and "rar" processes started again. Ball spinning for 15 minutes and the -C file growing (5,6 GBs this time) in system HD root.
