No.
If you were a complete core-level software engineer, you could extract the keyframe (.kfd) XML file from the grade container and hand-edit that. But a simple universal-slide "sooner/later" is not in the bag of tricks. Yet.
I see you dragged the grade onto the clip. The keyframes probably didn't come with the colour corrections, as they are disassociated with pcc, scc, etc., files. If you had done an "import color corrections", then the keyframes will make the trip. You CAN slide the individual keyframes left and right when you have access to them.
