Where is your tutorial?

My timeline is strait forward. JUST CUTS.

I am trying to simulate and upcoming project where we cut in AVID and color correct in "COLOR"

So I exported a 10 bit Uncompressed file out of AVID.

Then Imported that into FCP. Add edits on the cut and then tried to import that into color.

This is where I got REAL SLOW response. When I took the project and recompressed it to PRO RES it flew. But that is not UNCOMPRESSED.

So what codec should I use.
