You just import it in the Setup Room. Create a New Project and import it. But be warned, Color will stall for up to 5 minutes when you start navigating out to the your media volume. No clue why, it was a newly added "feature" recently.

You just go get the Rendered file and take it into Compressor or Motion. Renders > Project Name > Folder.
