35 mm adapter workflow...

Hi all,
We just finished our third of the slightly more ambitious grading projects on Color and happy with it, see some comments
here
and the clip
here.
But was wondering if you guys have a good workflow for flipped images if one wishes the lats render to happen in color, i.e. how to rotate the image in color so that it renders it as rotated. As far as I can see the only way is to do a self-contained export of the whole program, chop it to pieces (taking into account fades etc) and then send it to color. Which is less than optimal.
