Flashing / Flickering scope reference windows.

Recently, either in single or dual monitor display mode my scope reference window’s flash / flicker. This happens when touching any trackball or mouse control. I’m positive the 2nd monitor is stable; it is only the reference windows for Color scopes.
Anyone……….
