COLOR LOVE/HATE RELATIONSHIP _HELP!!!!! - Biscardi I need you

Hello All,
Here is my problem.
I created a complex sequence which mixed DVCproHD footage with DVNTSC footage in FCP. I sent this sequence to color to color correct. I love color and was able to produce some great results. However, when I re sent or round tripped that sequence back to fcp all of my dvcpro hd footage was completely f-d up. It completely lost its aspect ratio while the ntsc stuff looks fine (the timeline was ntsc).
I've done this round trip before and didn't have this problem so I'm trying to trouble shoot what I did different this time but nothing occurs to me. any help would be greatly appreciated. My last resort will be to resize everything in the FCP NTSC timeline.... but I dont see anyway of doing it 100% acurately.
