Calibrating HDSDI DLP projector

Anyone have an idea how to calibrate DLP projector hooked up on HDSDI output of Blackmagic Multibridge Extreme?
We have Xrite 1 Pro capable of calibrating monitors and projectors, and that works fine for VGA and DVI outputs, but second display output from Color is now useless for projector preview. Multibridge Extreme can load lookup tables, i know, but i'm not shure for procedure to make proper LUT.
Thanks.
