cintiq tablet rather than a control surface?

I was just curious what others thought about the cintiq tablets as an alternative to a control surface. I realize that it's a completely different style than cc'ing with 3 joyballs, but there's a lot of buttons available to be mapped to different color rooms/functions. Here's a link:
