I have tested bars from FCP to Color and rendered out with no grade and back to FCP. I have tried it on a Mac Pro and a Power PC with ATI card, NVIDIA card and the stock card. There is definitely a drastic shift in the color. Apple claims that this is because Color is an RGB engine and the shift is due to the RGB to YUV conversion. Don't know when or if they are going to fix this. When you are seeing the image in Color it is correct - it is only on the render that the shift occurs. For the time you can create a Primary Out grade that compensates for the shift. So you would grade your material like normal then apply the Primary Out grade to all then Render. Or you create a LUT then grade with out the LUT and bake the LUT into the Render only.
