Ok so my reason for originally starting this thread was my frustration with apple color in not giving enough specific color info. obviously I can use the scopes - but I can't find any specific numerical colour values. so when I am judging the primaries it is done by eye, and it seems so important to use the numbers to double check.
in fact curves without numbers seems crazy. Am I using color incorrectly? I have found that I can lay a sample point but this seems not to communicate any info back to the primaries room.
color finesse has a very easy to use info palette.
I want apple color to be the right application as I have spent money on it and am only using the trial of CF but am finding the process limiting at the moment. However I do agree that the colour fx and secondary options make the package very powerful - it just seems to fail in the primary stakes.
Any thoughts??
