Render original files vs. edits
by iguano on Sep 15, 2007 at 4:37:23 am

Ok, hopefully this is just something silly I have overlooked on my part. I imported a sequence into Color from FCP and tested some looks. When I rendered the clips, it rendered copies of the complete original files instead of rendering just the marked IN and OUT timecodes from the original file. If I'm using a two second edit from a 45 second take it renders the 45 second take instead of just the second edit.

Is there a setting that I'm missing in Color or is it how I'm importing the sequence from FCP? Should they all be independent clips in FCP?

Thanks for any help in advance!
