Subject: Color Shift in "COLOR"

Performed a test today by sending a few frames of color bars into FC6. Created a segment and checked everything on my FC6 scopes. All looked identical to that on my scopes in my Spirit telecine suite.
Then.
Send to color, opened and viewed all without adding any grade, viewed all on scopes in color and noticed that on my vector scope that R, Mg, B were almost perfect, almost. However Y, G, Cy were out of range and not near the targets. I could see a slight visible change with Y & Cy., on my monitor.
Then I sent these rendered segments back to FC6. Opened and they then had the same bad look that color generated. What is Color doing, and has anyone seen this?
We were able to repeat this problem over and over.
Thanks
And
