If it's only dissolves you're concerned about, this might actually work:

I would decompose your sequence (video only) in a separate bin, export the bin as an ALE and the clips to a FCP friendly codec. Export the sequence as a CMX-3600 EDL. Potentially, you can relink to your exported clips in FCP. I've never tried it, but it sounds great in theory. Check the "workflow" page on dharmafilm. It's free (or at least worth a donation) so it doesn't hurt to try. Otherwise, it sounds like autoduck is the way to go.
