Final export into fcp looks SOLARIZED and DARK AND RED :( HELP!

Every time i import my color project back into FCP the footage looks fine then when I render it, it turns into some disturbing black red and dark colored version of my footage.. the preview and full of my clip looks how i tweaked it in color... but for some reason when its rendered it looks dark and stuff... im thinking its a color export problem.. but not sure what... Im exporting DV NTSC footage. Help please.!!! Been up all night trying to figure this out, hitting the hay.. so dont get mad if i dont respond ASAP.
